ShipperSpot is a transportation management system for shippers. Shippers use it as a private carrier CRM to manage loads, send digital spot quotes and load tenders, manage lanes, and track shipments without phone calls, email threads, or spreadsheets. Carriers receive and respond to spot quotes, accept load tenders, upload documents, and message shippers. Suppliers can submit pickup requests that convert into loads. ShipperSpot is a technology platform. It is not a freight broker, motor carrier, or shipping company, and it does not take possession of freight.

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you access or use our freight management platform, including our website, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

Information you provide includes account and registration data, company profile data (shipper, carrier, or supplier), shipment and lane data, messages, support requests, and billing details. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. ShipperSpot does not store full credit card numbers on its servers. We also collect usage, device, and essential session cookies required to keep you signed in.

3. Plans referenced by this policy

ShipperSpot offers tiered subscription plans. Published prices are Starter (free, no credit card required), TMS ($149/month), TMS Plus ($399/month), and Enterprise (custom pricing). Annual billing is available at a discounted rate. Usage data is used to enforce plan limits and is not sold.
